I ordered a wardrobe Lux 318 in the webshop. The order was made online, but I was asked twice to specify my order. The closet arrived much faster, in about 3 and a half weeks. Delivery was smooth, called twice by suppliers as well. On the 4th floor of a housing estate, the apartment was brought up, 4 items on the stairs. The room was precisely placed in place, the elevators on top. Assembly was not difficult, screwing together, inserting door rails, doors, shelves. The closet is beautiful, absorbing everything. Even the largest suitcases could fit in the top closet. I am very satisfied, I recommend it to everyone. Thanks!

The web store is working well, the communication was fine. The delivery was partially fine, the furniture was put in the garage. He had to take a train up 1 meter up stairs to get to the apartment, they said they wouldn’t pick it up for money either. The furniture (BOND 100 wardrobe antique white) is under criticism. The shelves were in it without fastening, it fell out damaged during transport. The cabinet door is fine on the outside, clean shavings / decor / oil residues on the inside. It had to be cut from the rail because it did not fit. The bottom collides with the door, there is a 3cm gap at the top. 2 wood screws folded in from the side. I do not recommend this furniture to anyone. In the möbelix, for the same amount, I bought a much larger and light years better quality wardrobe. I'm outraged.

Stories in chronological order: I looked at the chair that was right for me on the side, which was in stock. - I contacted the webstore to see if the product is actually available, and I would like to order six of it for delivery in Budapest. - In feedback, I received information that the 6 chairs will be shipped by Dec. 17 at the latest. Perfect. - The next day, the vendors call to bring the chair by the agreed date. Hello. - A few days later, a lady calls me sorry but the goods are out of stock, I'm sorry. Email me (?) To cancel the order. I will do that. - An hour later, the same lady calls me that the chair is still there, being sent at 17 in the morning. I greeted him, I was glad. - No one anywhere on the 17th. - I call several times on 18, no one answers. A few hours later, a gentleman calls me about the shipment that they would come on Saturday (?) (Not suitable). Please, what was wrong yesterday or today, could they bring it all day ?! Forgotten yesterday, and today is not on tour Bp. Bring it on Saturday. I'm telling you it's not good, the chair is supposed to be on Friday, any time you can come, I have a hard time agreeing to do it on Friday night, around 9-10. - 10 minutes before 9pm on Friday night (when I am on my way to the store just to pick up the stuff) they call me not to get there by 9, because another customer prefers to assemble a closet line somewhere at the end of the world. They would approach me around 11, but be more Saturday (I reiterate to them that it's not good, I can't take it). No problem, I say chair is important to me, I'll wait. - They call after midnight to get there sometime after 1. It's no longer good for me, so thank you for the opportunity and we'll say goodbye. In Hungarian, much wow for nothing, merchandise anywhere .. They get a star just because anyone I talked to on the phone was nice. I do not recommend the deal to anyone !!!
