The service is not good. They do not provide all the necessary information that would be essential during the purchase. In the case of electronic stitching, I did not receive a paper-based copy that I could live with in a possible complaint. If I wanted to make a complaint about the service, I was told to do it at customer service and they sent it. They tied my 2-year loyalty package to my no-loyalty plan because I chose a device they said was completely free. I was told that I had a device loyalty which does not come at an extra cost, I can only buy another device for 2 years for the tariff plan. However, when I received my invoice notification, my monthly fee was almost HUF 1,400 more. They claim to have been told this, but not a word was said about it during the contract. By this I do not want to describe telenor itself, but the attitude of their branch office to customers.

Service is good, unfortunately there are problems that they can not solve but try! I recommend!

It was great service, the staff there were kind, patient and most importantly well informed. We went in because of a Mol package and they could help. Thank You.
