Dr. Hetey Susanna, New Smile Dent

We visited my home town, Nagykanizsa from abroad in May. As we needed treatment, check-up and consultation for our teeth, I contacted Susanna Hetey. After having spoken to the practice, we booked an appointment more than one month in advance. Before we booked the appointment, I told them that we were coming from abroad and we would be in Nagykanizsa for a limited time only therefore we would only book the appointment if they were sure that they could see us on the day booked. (We turned down another dentist who couldn't guarantee the appointment.) On the day of our appointment when we turned up at the dentist we were told that the dentist, Susanna Hetey would not be in the practice for the whole day, she cancelled the day. When I asked why we were not informed, we were told that they did not consider this important. As we were left with no chance to find another dentist in half a day, we decided to go ahead with the treatment which was meant to be done by the technician, anyway. Although, despite my complaint, I would like to thank to the technician team for their work. We also had to sign a declaration with the dentist's signature on it which stated that the dentist was there when treatments are carried out. She was not there and we challenged this. We were never informed about this form in advance. As described above, as we had no chance to find another dentist and as we needed the treatment of scaling-cleaning, we went ahead with the scaling at least. Unfortunately, we didn't have the check-up and the consultation which were equally important and they were the most important reason to see a dentist. I find this conduct professionally and ethically unacceptable. By failing to inform us they took our chance to see a dentist and as the result of this, they caused financial loss to us. Szakmailag es moralisan elfogadhatatlannak tartom, hogy egy honappal korabban lefoglalt idopontot, ahol a kulfoldi paciens nyomatekositotta, hogy mit szeretne, a doktorno teljesen figyelmen kivul hagy, es tovabbiakban elmulasztja a pacienset ertesiteni, hogy nem jelenik meg a lefoglalt idopontban. Tobb mint 10 eves szakmai palyafutasom soran ilyennel meg nem talalkoztam. Teljesen ledobbentunk. Azzal, hogy nem ertesitettek bennunket errol, azt a lehetoseget is elvettek tolunk, hogy egy masik fogrovost keressunk fel. A rendelo valasza az volt, hogy foglalnak egy masik napot szamunkra. Az elejen elmondtam, hogy kulfoldrol jovunk es nem leszunk elerhetok masik nap. Ez a hozzaallas szuksegtelenul anyagilag megkarositott. Mindezek mellett miutan nem volt mas valasztasunk es a fogkoleszedes szukseges volt, ala kellett irnunk egy olyan nyilatkozatot, Hetey Susanna alairasaval, hogy a doktorno jelen van, ugy, hogy a fogorvosno nem is volt ott. Elfogadhatatlannak tartom a fogorvosno szakmai hozzaallast es a nyilatkozat alairasanak szuksegesseget. Errol elore nem voltunk ertesitve. A panaszom ellenre szeretnek koszonetet mondani a csapatnak, aki a fogkoleszedest elvegezte. Professzionalis munkat vegeztek.
