But if you were to force this anyway, let's just say we were a couple of weeks ago in an apartment of similar value for money, with cot, high chair, playroom, etc. was also available by default, plus two outdoor pools and a jacuzzi (I would qualify this as well equipped, but you seem to be busy with "all needs" hospitality, so they have no experience on the national spectrum.) We booked an apartment for 4 people for 3 people for 3 nights. The week before, I signaled that someone might be sleeping there one night, but I didn't know which day. Unexpectedly, it turned out that the extra principal had been sleeping there the first night, which I forgot to inform the landlord before. We apologized for this on arrival, but the problem was completely inflexible. The accommodation was handed over by the owner's mother, who was unaware that her daughter had released the one-night surcharge when the extra person slept with us in an apartment. Later, the owner didn't even want to remember it, and the mother accused me of cheating, even though I paid the premium, I didn't want to worry about such a small amount. Another problem was that I did not make a booking for the extra bed. I never thought of that, because the whole apartment was ours. The next evening at 9pm, while the children were anesthetized, they came to check that the overnight guest had left, and at that time they had to bring the bed sheets, saying the guest had not checked out. Given that we are still there, I do not know what kind of logout would have been necessary. I have never encountered such a degree of inflexibility, humiliation of a guest, even though I have been to many places. And when I tried to talk to the owner over the phone, he asked me to listen to it, and when I wanted to say my version, he hung up

My husband and my opinion is the same. We put our opinion on the accommodation, not on the owner we didn't really meet, only on her mother. Harassment means that if the owner on the hear the other party principle did not work, because he hung up the phone, I tried to e-mail to describe what happened, albeit in more detail. Anyone who has been in the hospitality business for 20 years knows that we will not disturb our guests in the evening and will not say that they have been deceived (by 500 HUF !!) mainly that this is not true. When we left, we didn't even want to remember what had happened, the old lady started to cheat on me. I wanted nothing more than an apology, but I didn't get it. This is the reality.
