Beautiful place! True, the castle could not be visited due to the virus and it was not open anyway. Arranged in the park very good walk.

During a 78km bike tour, I visited this Hunter's Castle. Beautifully maintained castle with a very nice, well-kept park. The concierge (or janitor) was very nice, we talked good while I was there. It was good to rest here, thank you! :)

In the small hunting lodge there is a museum today. On the ground floor there is a local history exhibition on the floor, and on the floor there is an exhibition of the magnificent photographs, trophies, weapons, furniture and a family tree made by the wife of Isabella Croy-Dülmen of Archbishop Frigyes Habsburg, which reveals how the Teschenian branch was related to the Imperial line . The word "Archduke" (Erzherzog in German) is not explicitly mentioned in the descendants of the Habsburg Monarchy and in other dynasties. The museum is open in the summer, and must be announced early in the winter if anyone wants to see it and open it. The entry fee is 500 HUF per person. Worth checking out. In the lodge apartments, which is also in another restored building, you can get cheap. I can really recommend it because the environment is wonderful and there is also the Great Castle that was later built in neo-Baroque style, which is also very beautiful. It is a historic place, because during the Austro-Hungarian Monarchy many crowning nobles and nobles turned around here. There are many people who can make money today.

It was beautifully arranged as always in Gemenc. Nicely maintained, transparent, subscribed, with explanations. Those who work there are polite, informed, kind.
