ATM like everyone else. The exchange rate is excellent, I feel as if all ATMs have agreed that I will have the same forint exchange rate for euros. I definitely recommend exchanging euros at local exchange offices, which do not charge a fee. Assume that in exchange offices you will get 8 forints from one euro more than the ATM offered to you. On the other hand, it is so small that it does not pay to worry about it and make a mess.
