For me, this service was a disappointment, I am amazed that Mercedes can afford this kind of attitude. I have arranged a date for the mandatory service and technical examination of an E-Class Mercedes. I have never been to this service before, I bought the car at Pappas and it has been serviced there so far. Because of the distance, I chose this local Mercedes service, but I shouldn’t have. The car asked for an "A0" service which is actually a smooth oil change, this was also discussed over the phone. For other reasons, the car has only traveled 4,000 km since the previous service. Nevertheless, when I went for the car, I received a bill of HUF 126,000, because they only replaced the pollen filter for 30 thousand, the bluetec tank was filled for another 10 thousand. Let's say I don't know where it fit after so much 4,000 km, but let's not search, the lady told the pollen filter "it doesn't hurt". Anyway, I would still overlook this, because we are already used to brand services operating in "scraper" mode. On the other hand, I no longer tolerate the way I got the car back. It’s unbelievable that in a premium branded service center, a seat protector isn’t fitted before the mechanic gets into his dirty clothes. Leaving the foot space would also be too high an expectation, but the fact that the light skin has a clear oil seal has become very rough. The rail system of the panoramic roof was greased so that the entire center console became thickly greasy. I can’t believe this is the way to do it, even in a plain garage workshop, they would have so much wit that they cover the inside of the car with something in front of them before they spray it with grease spray. Of course, there was also a trace of the mechanic's oily hand on the top of the engine compartment, and I assume there was no funnel in the workshop because the entire engine compartment cover became pure oil! Disgusting, I just didn’t want to believe this kind of attitude. Typical "small business scraper scam" attitude! On the plus side, the next day I received a letter from Pappas stating that my car was involved in a factory recall, but here at the Mercedes dealership in Zalaegerszeg, they had no idea or mentioned it. Why am I surprised by this! I would not recommend it to anyone, this attitude is not worthy of the Mercedes brand or even any brand.

I do not recommend it to anyone !!! I took my 2-year-old car for free warranty service, which was more than 3.5 hours, I'm still sorry about that, but in the end they still push a 13,000 HUF bill with AdBlue fluid and refill !!!! This is approx. as much as filling a window washer into the car, but this is half an hour of work, ie 7000 HUF - they are charged !!! Let's not even talk about the cost of the material, I would add the car did not indicate that it should be filled with liquid!

I can only say good things! They waited for coffee and tea while waiting, even though I only took a 93 Suzuki for the exam! The prices are not astronomical, cheaper than other brands of services.
