I got what I expected. The 1-year service was much cheaper than elsewhere. I got coffee, it was possible to pay by card. The service was polite, all my questions were answered correctly.

I was surprised that the exterior of the car, which had been taken for annual maintenance, had not yet been cleaned anyway, even though I had paid for it. The client in front of me, on the other hand, was given a gift cleaning as he paid about 80,000 HUF, I only paid 43,000 HUF. I also asked three times if this option is available for card payments. The answer in all three cases was yes, I also indicated this to the employee. I got an unpleasant surprise when I paid, I can only pay with CP. I said there is no way to do so, so a cancellation invoice and a new invoice was issued. The Suzuki Arable is not something customer friendly.

Very fair team! Everything happened as agreed! I especially liked that they were always available to me on the phone and they were very helpful! Special thanks to Károly Szabó! 🙂
