One of their clients moved from the city to a new address. The post sent the bank's letter to the old address, which I personally entered into the bank today with the new address. The clerk there didn't accept the letter saying anyone could write a new address. Therefore, the bank does not address this issue. I'm asking why babnk isn't dealing with the retail announcement? As the letters accentuate the old address, the customer's potential debt due to the faulty address may even escalate into the sky, while the client waits patiently for notification. This is typical for Hungarian banks.
