In consultation with the agent they delegated, we obtained all the documents to apply for the loan. We went on time, waited 30 minutes to get in line. We had a small child with me, my wife would have walked with him, but they told me it couldn’t be, he had to be there all the time and it would take 1.5 hours. After 10 minutes of mumbling, it turns out that a doc is not good. Lotus run will be back. We wait again, it’s our turn, and then it turns out something else is missing. What takes 1.5 hours to record our data? While you're typing in our IDs, why can't you walk with the baby? Why can't you see in one go all the docs are ok? If something is missing, why can’t the other things be done and the gap made up later? Inflexible, unfriendly. There is no simple, quick solution, just a whim how you can’t do it. Thanks for being able to rob each other’s time, I’m not going back a third time. I go where they can do it because they want to.
