I had a very good experience. I was at the service station for the first time, taking the car for inspection, oil change and filter replacement. The administration was kind, fast, flexible. I took the car in the morning and went for it after work, this was the only way I could solve it, the service had no problem with it at all. When handing over the car, a kind, attentive mechanic got into the car with me and listened carefully to my questions, the problems that arose. Finally, in addition to fluid and filter replacements, a generator bearing replacement was performed. The price is fair, the work is precise. It came as a real surprise that I got the car back clearer than I handed it over; in the big storm of the night before, I managed to dry up inside and out, but I took it over beautifully (outside - inside!).
