Dear Pál Némety! The evaluation is subjective, if I think that I was so satisfied with the activity of the accommodation provider, then draw the appropriate conclusion from it. I was not satisfied with the rudimentary tone, which in my opinion the host cannot allow for the incoming guests, who have already paid for the reservation for 3 rooms, which unfortunately is messed up in your system. Of course, your correction is justified, because a few hours later we received a notification by phone that it could be solved, but we can only get 2 rooms. Contrary to the ad, there was no TV broadcast, as there was no internet, at least the Wifi password was forgotten to give us. We didn’t have the opportunity to bake either, as others were also occupied, and for their peace of mind, we didn’t have a way to have that kind of evening fun. This is available, of course, but then I don't understand why it was included in the ad. The toilet was dirty and smelly, I can't add anything to that. No one was drunk, please interpret the definition of the word! And we didn't leave the key, we just dropped it into the corner at the stairs, which we informed you about. Dear accommodation provider! I was not satisfied with the service you provided, which is why I rate the place with 1 star. The series of problematic events had already started before our arrival, as the 3 double rooms we had booked could not be given to us, although the deposit had already been paid. Even the attitude and manifestations of the landlord put a shovel on this. We asked that the 3000 HUF / person / night to be paid be only 2500 HUF / person / night. We would have expected this correctness from you, as we did not receive what was promised to us. We couldn't even bake in the evening garden, although it has been indicated in advance that this is possible. The rooms were not clean and the beds were not comfortable or even small. The sink was dirty, the water smelled, the floor crackled. Every step could be heard, we woke up at night when someone went out to the bathroom. It is true that one of our companions excluded us from our room, but not because he would have been drunk. Furthermore, they did not say that the conversation would not be tolerated, but next time please indicate that only pensioners can stay with you. We didn’t leave the key, it just fell down the stairs, but if they paid more attention to their own guests, they would know that too. :) I do not recommend this accommodation to anyone who would have a peaceful stay in demanding conditions.
