We bought 6 chairs from the Webshop. We den was ok with the order, delivery. When we assembled the products at home, we noticed that they were not the same color. (although the difference was not huge) This was immediately indicated in an email with a photo to the Web Store. They immediately contacted us and very flexibly offered 2 different solutions at once: they exchanged them for the same color, or they refunded the price of 1 piece. We chose the latter because we were able to position the chairs in a way that didn’t really make a difference. However, I have not yet encountered such a correct attitude, although I often shop online! Plus, this is the first time I've ordered from this Web Store! There was no stuttering, they were looking for a solution right away! Special thanks to Mr. Péter Tóth! After that, I boldly and gladly recommend the ProfiHome furniture store if someone wants to buy furniture !!! In the future I will be looking here for the first time if furniture is needed :) Thanks again!
