Bankers can't count! A few days prior to the transfer of the home coffers they will be notified in a confusing primitive registered letter that they do not refer. Go to the post office for the recommended letter, try to interpret it, wait 1 hour in the bank for explanation. Because they did not call, did not send sms, email. It turned out to be wrong, miscalculated, but they can not correct: I deal with I have recommended it method! The client is being teased, annoyed, and robbed for a short time after work. It's not a bank, it's total chaos! I'm getting far, crazy!

They just don’t care about the customer, they are careless, careless. The data is written, the address is also the consequence of which the credit card arrives in the account which has a separate fee (!!!!), if questioned they just blink. The account manager is unable to handle matters, he is never inside if he is promised to be notified by phone, forgotten but the money is demanded. A case was handled by the clerk for 4 months because he had a personal problem forever, but he had no deputy, or only the branch manager who demonstrated his unfitness. Chaos is the account, I even canceled all my accounts there, I do not recommend to anyone.

I'm serious about the heart attack circumstance. Yesterday after half past four I went in to pay a bill in. I let the bank be full, 1-damn window was working 2 I'm already slowly out on the street at the end of the line. Disaster I would have liked to have said something already.

Very negligent attitude towards the Customer by the employees there. The staff is inattentive, they do not look through the paper properly, so they have to go into the drawer several times. They promise to call me back, and they haven't called me back since. I don't recommend Erste to anyone!
