Quick service
So far, all I can say is positive about the company. Correct information, cultured communication, complete administration. Knowing the background of the car I was looking for, I decided to buy it, which was parked in my yard a few days after a full service. I can only recommend!
On Monday (January 4, 2021) I was with them to watch a car with an 11 hour time. One of the cylinders of the selected Octavia did not want to start for a short time when starting. After a short time, we checked the condition of the car with the engine running normally. According to the salesman, the car had been standing in the yard of the dealership for three weeks. Due to the virus situation, it is not possible to take the cars to the test drive at the moment. This has already been indicated on their pages. Regardless of this, you can sit in the vehicle, feel it, start an engine. Of course, all cars are in principle disinfected after those interested. (So, however, I don’t understand why it wasn’t possible to take him on a test drive anyway.) In the afternoon, we indicated that we’d love to buy the vehicle and we got the prize request. After that, I transferred the full purchase price on Monday.
On Tuesday morning, they sent me how much it would cost to transcribe or take the origin exam, which I still rejected that day. Or they asked me to take out insurance for the vehicle.
On Tuesday night, I sent the offer to KGFB and Casco through a broker. I also signaled this to the CarNext clerk.
(On Wednesday (June 1), I ordered the winter tire set for the car because the vehicle was equipped with summer tires.)
On Thursday afternoon, the salesman telephoned that the vehicle probably had an engine or a related defect, so the purchase price of the vehicle would be refunded or an apology would be apologized for. He also mentioned that we might go again and if we find another car that we like, we can get a discount on it. We even considered this to be correct. On Thursday night, we checked the CarNext page for cars of similar price range so that we might take the opportunity.
On Friday (today, August 1), we inquired about exactly what that discount means. We got a disappointing response because they wanted to reconcile us with a fuel coupon. Of course, only if we buy another vehicle from them without a discount.
(Fortunately, I was able to cancel the tires I ordered. I have to write two statements that I don’t want to tie either Casco or mandatory.)
From Monday to Thursday, I didn’t know that the car wasn’t in good technical condition. The ad was also placed on their site or other used car advertising sites without being sure of the actual condition of the car before. The Dekra, which carries out the damage assessment, measures the vehicle in a static state, so I cannot blame them in this case. The errors recorded by Dekra were correct anyway. (Currently, I've been waiting a week to be able to buy another car because the previous one got an GTK in an accident, so I was damaged. The vehicle is necessary for me to go to work every day. Regardless, I try to stand loose for things ...)
At the moment, I have not received the purchase price of the car, nor the rewriting and the fee for the original exam, so I could not buy another car. Of course, no one will reimburse my extra costs or lost time. However, I regret that the car was advertised despite its poor technical condition and that the purchase price and other costs were not refunded as soon as possible. Not to mention that in the case of a deposit, it would be appropriate to repay twice, but since I referred to the full purchase price, no corresponding discount was offered. This attitude is not acceptable to me. In my experience, marketing has received more emphasis than objective, reliable used car sales.
Quality used cars with warranty. You can choose from cars up to 5-6 years old that have come out of company fleets. The price also included pre-receipt inspection and replacement of necessary parts. In my case: windshield replacement, battery replacement.
Hi everyone, I'm not working there, we didn't like to clarify this 😅 ... I'm happy with them. showed me the car he told me everything about the car that was worth mentioning (someone opened the door for him to the left back door) was patient while I and the child walked into the car .... things were very nice and fast very seemed to know what he was doing ...
