They did not want to carry out the recall action ordered by the factory, I had to visit another specialist garage. I do not recommend to anyone! Update based on the answer: the replacement took place at another service center, as cooling water depletion is not normal. If the other service performed the recall action and replaced the part (to prevent the car from igniting) this service did not do this? BC didn’t show me any video footage, they just tried to convince me it was okay. (as opposed to the service who actually dealt with the problem and replaced the part) Why do you think it is normal to refill the cooling water - especially since even an inexperienced person knows this is not acceptable? Anyway, since the EGR replacement, the cooling water has not run out ... I’m not rumoring you to be untrue, as I have the paper that you didn’t replace the EGR, and the other service did it. What is unreal about this?

I took the car for service, it was done in 1.5 hours. I compared the bills, approx. I got away with changing the engine oil + brake fluid 15% cheaper than Budapest Motors 2 years earlier.
