Let’s start with the fact that right in the middle of a pandemic without a cure right now, mask-wearing and other hygiene procedures aren’t taken seriously at all. Of the 3 receptionists, two had no mask at all, and the third no longer reached his nose. At entry, none of the patients were encouraged to wear a mask. Whoever was, there was, who was not, is still good. Hand sanitizer was put on the counter, but again it was just an optional decision and let’s be honest, no one used it. I’ve been to 2 medical places since the epidemic, in private clinics and everywhere they immediately ask for hand disinfection and no one can enter without a mask (not hanging on the chin or ear, but as it should be worn!) I went to a date that I got in about 40 minutes later. During the waiting time, no one came to say there was a slip, we apologize, and so on. It was a whole SZTK feeling. I went to a gynecologist for the annual screening. Nothing extra, I expected a little more for 20,000 forints, although I have no particular complaints about the gynecologist. Let's say e.g. breasts are also examined during cancer screening, which did not happen either. Moreover, in better places, this filtration also includes ultrasound. That was not the case here. I had to explain strongly to the ultrasound doctor why I want an ultrasound if I don’t have a complaint and I’m not even pregnant, well. After all, they say you don’t have to go for screenings, even if it’s private and we pay for it because it’s “superfluous” if the blood doesn’t flow from below. During the study, I learned that my PCOS ovary fits into a textbook, not in a good way. I felt quite insensitive to the ultrasound doctor, there was no empathy in it, as someone here had indicated before. That's why I paid another 12,000 forints. But but, I was told at the time of payment that yes we do not accept cards, only cash. I also asked if they are not being accepted just today or not at all? There was no appreciable answer to it, just some succulent laughter and back-and-forth. I had been here before, a couple of years ago, then I was still elsewhere at the front desk, smoothly accepting cards. I didn’t get a receipt that is automatic in places like this either, I shouldn’t even ask for that. They asked for an invoice, but of course it isn’t necessary (most people don’t ask for an invoice and I think everyone knows if they ask if they ask for an invoice, it’s not equal to the receipt or the block). That is, I paid in cash and did not receive a receipt. I entrust everyone with what it brings out of this .... In a word, it really was the last time I went here. It is no longer enough to be close, I would rather travel to the capital, where there are a lot of private places, where a red carpet is also laid in front of me for 32 thousand forints. And yes, that’s what I expect at least for the money that isn’t just handed out to me either. Otherwise I would go to SZTK, as the standard is the same. Although I have to note, at least you can’t enter the SZTK without a mask and the hand sanitizer is pushed into everyone’s hands, even at the door.
I do not recommend to anyone! I learned for a lifetime that I would never go to that office again! I was in the 30th week of pregnancy when I was with them genetic ultrasound nothing else was examined by the lady .. Like the size of the baby. She said the weight of the baby, which did not match the average size compared to the time! In desperation, I asked the lady why my baby was smaller by 500 grams while giving her all the nutrients she needed! .... The answer to that was that since I am not tall either! With that, he closed it down. I was calm and I thought he must understand his thing! For a week after the examination ... In the 31st week of pregnancy, intrauterine death occurred! And I lost my baby! As it turned out later, the cause ... There were different sizes of blood clots in the placenta.
If the circulation had been examined and the placenta had been examined, so if he had done a thorough examination. Then we could have noticed the problem in time and we might have had a chance to prevent the tragedy !!!
I have been here twice so far, approx. a month and a half, and this morning.
The place is pleasant, nicely furnished with a comfortable waiting room.
The receptionists are kind and helpful both by phone and in person.
I didn’t have to wait, I could go to the examiner at the agreed time.
On both occasions, Dr. Proksa examined. He was thorough and his attention was on every little detail, I felt like I was in good hands. I received the find immediately, but he also informed me about the result orally and provided me with good advice on what to do next.
Because of COVID, the mask was worn properly by everyone (mouth and nose covered) and was also exposed to hand sanitizer in a prominent and easily accessible location.
There are many payment methods to choose from.
The only small negative about the physical conditions is that there is no locker room in the examiner. It would have been more pleasant to wipe the gel I used for the test there. It comes with 5 stars.
If I have to go to UH again, I will come here next time.
I recommend to everyone! I came here to labs during my pregnancy and gave birth to ultrasound and maternity care with someone else.
I was satisfied with everything, the blood sampling colleagues were very cute, the ultrasound lady was thorough as well, although in gynecology sometimes I had to wait a lot, apart from that I had a positive experience.
