Not consumer friendly. Employees are underpaid and thus have no responsibility for the work. For help with complaint handling steps: Step 0: The complainant is also a customer, if handled well, it will remain. Calls should only be made within the limits of propriety. (H-P 9-16 and not Sunday 13 hours) Step 1: The complainant is offended, feeling that he did not receive the service for which he paid. Until we apologize to him, we can’t talk to him about the problem. So it's worth starting with. Step 2: We ask what specifically your complaint is. And let’s tell it all at once if we need to take notes. From this, the buyer feels that in addition to not being rejected, they are really listened to, cared for. Immediate apology is not a good start. Step 3: We respond to the complaint politely and with frequent apologies. If we really spoiled something then the customer didn’t know they weren’t responsible for the buttons and they didn’t use a laundry bag, it’s because. ("... we're sorry, but as you saw in the announcement, we can't take responsibility for xy!" Step 4: Suggest a solution. What we can and can't do.

Carpet cleaning is under criticism. I brought them a light and white rug a couple of months ago that I got back practically yellow. They take no responsibility for their work because they send the carpets to a partner. I sent it back 4x because I didn’t accept that I ruined my about 1 year old rug until I got bored. My eyes were pierced with a 100 HUF lint roller as a consolation prize. Of course, I was able to throw out my 3 poisonous carpets and they even paid for the nearly 10,000 HUF cleaning, of course in advance, which was no longer returned. I was stupid to pay in advance. I do not recommend to anyone!
