The sellers are very kind and willing, but the quality of the children's shoes is poor, after a week the soles started to part and the front punctured, even though my shoes took at least half a year for other shoes. that it was not intended to be used, I should turn to a conciliation body. We’re sure we’ll never buy anything from here again, and I don’t recommend it to anyone else with such “customer focus”.

CCC is a joke. Bought shoes After 2 months, the mole switched off. It was sent to the test, after 3 weeks the result came, shoes were wrong, I went in and got new. I mean the same type. After 3 weeks, the soles were removed. I entered it and communicated it, it must be sent for examination. It was sent for 3 weeks with a shoe sleeping and then signaled., The shoe fails to go in and give a new one. In the shop we have been arguing for half an hour, there is no need to change shoes because I do not have the time to return it every 3 weeks, but my money was not returned and I could not buy another type. So I caught the new shoe, I laid down my base before the treasurer, and I dropped it in the trash can at the checkout, at least with that example. Since then I have not laid my feet in this invertebrate shop network.

This company is pretty mean! I bought a shoe with the sole detached on both sides in 1 day. At least I wanted to buy the small 4,000 HUF it cost. For this, two dear sellers announced that the shoe should be reviewed to see if it could be glued. With a 15-day assessment period when it looked like it was badly put together at the factory. He then asked if they might decide otherwise, I would love to buy or ask for a wax refund instead. I announced a refund, for this he informs me that it is only possible to do this anyway if there are no more of the same shoes in the store. I ask, why should I save on my HUF 4,000? I would have liked to have bought it if they hadn’t been so cheeky. I suggest everyone ask afterwards how to change the shoe in case something goes wrong with it. And avoid this store from afar!
