They arrived quickly, at the agreed time, and did a good quality job. The problem followed when the maximum fee on the website (HUF 5,000-30,000) was requested for a maximum of 10 minutes of work that did not require any serious technical equipment. And even this is not the sara sara who came out, they supposedly have no discretion. You should always be charged 30,000 (for both 5 minutes and 1.5 hours). I just ask why not write this on the website. And when one talks about this on the phone to the owner / manager, why can’t a complaint be handled culturally? And unfortunately, it’s not a good argument that others have already complained about the wording on the website, but they weren’t right either. Maybe we should think about it, that if we don’t do something right, we should change rather than blame the Client for it. And unfortunately, I can't accept that you can't modify the website either ... then you have to look for someone who can do it. The content of the website is equally the responsibility of the business, and you must take responsibility for everything on it.
