The company doesn’t work, they don’t pick up the phone, they don’t answer emails, they don’t fulfill their warranty obligation so that no one pays them anything in advance!

We ordered 2 products, received an email that they need a 100% down payment. I wrote to them that okay, we will go in person to settle. Since we did not receive a response after more than 1 week, we went to one of the addresses provided. Nothing. Then to the other address indicated. It was completely unnecessary, family houses, nowhere a knowledgeable man, only an uncle came out that he doesn't know about any orders, payments or plans. Of course, the phone was not picked up. Too bad I didn't start the order by reading the reviews. Because I wouldn't have started in then. I do not recommend the company to anyone.

I ordered two faucets from the company, cash on delivery, Pick Pack Pontra delivery. ================================ We received this email in 3 days: "A 100% deposit is required to start the order Dear Customer, We have thanked you for your order. The product (s) you ordered are not in stock, NOT a stock product, we can order it for you individually. We can only forward the order to the supplier after the advance payment has been received, so the order cannot be canceled. If you wish to pay the amount of the advance by bank transfer, please fill in the account number below by entering the order number in the comment field. " etc. ================================ As someone else has already commented on a letter with this content, we did NOT transfer the purchase price, we wrote a letter instead: "Dear Thermal Ltd.! Very surprised by their 100% down payment request. This is not common in a Web business these days because it creates unnecessary mistrust. I read it on Google and I see that there is a very mixed opinion about you. Everything is here! Good and fast service, they even exchanged a badly ordered product, they don't even respond to others, so they warn you not to buy from you. Mixed repertoire ... Overall, my opinion is that you are fair traders, you are probably very busy. Therefore, I decided to: 1. I do not give up the intention to buy, I trust in your correctness that the 2 faucets I ordered will be sent in the correct quality. 2. Nevertheless, I do NOT refer for an advance because I do not understand why they are asking! - Don't have HUF 29,000 working capital to buy the article? "They don't trust me, do they think I'm not paying?" Since I requested it by cash on delivery, I will definitely pay if I receive the product - so that's not a good reason ... "Do you think if I don't take over and pay for the product I sent, it'll stay on my neck?" It may be, but under current law, as a buyer, I have the right to return the two taps I have purchased without justification, even for 14 days after receipt, and the full price to you - even with a 100% deposit - they have to pay back. You obviously do that if you are fair traders. And since your company has been operating for at least 5 years, you know that exactly - so this is not a good reason to request a 100% advance payment either ... I thought it was worth a try to find out what the truth was. Because it will be clear from the way they behave on this letter! Maybe they don't answer? Do you refuse to ship the product I ordered? Will they respond and then procure and ship the requested product as soon as you would expect from a regular web merchant? It's up to you! And I will share my experience with other prospective customers, weakening or strengthening the reputation of your business. Look forward to their response. I am satisfied with the service. I was able to receive the push-button tap in 3 days, in flawless packaging with MPL delivery, which I chose from several options. The price of the product was very good, affordable. I strongly recommend it.

The ordered toilet seat was delivered within 3 days with the order placed on Sunday. In perfect condition. A very helpful lady handles the phone call. If I need anything else, clearly order it here.
