Eszter does an impeccable, attractive job: her information is understandable, concise and exhausting, with a personal voice; i think this can be expected from a K&H level financial institution. The other case (which was also settled on Eszter's suggestion but already online) was an ice damage insurance procedure. The bank’s insurance apparatus responded very quickly; the incoming "scene" :) (Ákos Schmidt, if I remember correctly) did his job sympathetically, quickly, willingly; and the compensation arrived earlier than the indicated time.
