I asked for a quote for a small item, I got it, but the shipping fee would have been a horrible amount, and for two weeks I have not responded to whether I can pick it up in person, if there are any costs associated with it (e.g. "logistics, packaging" costs). Typical Hungarian construction attitude.

If you do not order from them in larger quantities and do not live near you will not be shipped. The minimum purchase quantity on their site does not matter and as it turned out the discounted product is not even in stock for them, just thought to be advertised.

They are always very kind and helpful, the coffee is also very delicious and they have an optimal solution for everything! 👍
