In my opinion, environmental pollution in Ócsa has been suppressed since, since May 2015, the municipality has allowed hazardous waste to be stored on its own territory, directly adjacent to farmland and a few hundred meters from residential properties, without filing a criminal complaint. In my opinion, they have left this suspicious corruption case to the point where they themselves have directly contributed to not seeing the underlying gain made by the illegal dumping of the related EU investment. All of this is the responsibility of the Government Office and the Department of Environment and Nature, which operates under its supervision. The question is why they did not act properly, why did they not open the case in time, why did they leave the time-wasting and did not report to the authorities? It looks that the criminal liability somehow bypasses the local government leaders. The average person, the ordinary citizen, is always more responsible to the apparatus than the superior office itself or the authority.
