To much waiting

I can't arrange for 3 weeks to cancel my savings account! HUF 6,500 cannot be transferred to my main account! I made a complaint today, which is expected in 15 days! It's over, I'm going to another bank! ,, e

I wanted to open an account, a simple retail, unfortunately it failed. The clerk, simply refused to help open the account. He shook it off for no reason, as if he didn't feel like working. Update: XX. In the district office, the account was opened without any problems, barely half an hour before closing, yet they were received and everything was fine.

You have to wait quite a bit, I was still today on 10/17/2020, I go in, the man doesn't have a mask sitting in front of the manager who he has, and everyone in the bank. He grabs his nose, coughs into his hands. That's how I came, it might be closed in 2 weeks.

Everything went well with an excellent attitude towards customers and services as well
