UPS Hungary

Despite all the bad reviews I had a great experience with UPS. My package was sent from the UK to Hungary on Thursday and by Friday afternoon I already had my package. I called the customer service in the morning because I wasn't in for some time and they were very helpful adding in notes to indicate this when it was delivered. The courier called before delivering the package and was very polite. Would recommend.

Updated review: email was responded the next day and driver called to help us locate our package. Everything is good so far. I will update to 5 star once things settle.

Very kind and professional service. Despite the fact that I have difficulties to receive my parcel at the defined location both the customer service and the driver gave great support. Driver has special care about the parcel to receive in good condition! Really kind and professional!

Seriously UPS is company or individual person dealing. I called in the morning about my package and they said it's at customs but in the website it shows "Destination scan". And all of sudden afternoon I got call from courier man about delivery. I was wonder How can the deliver with our update website like "Out for Delivery". It's good to delivery sooner than expect but I really not expecting these kind of irregularities.

Absolutely abismal experience. A delivery was scheduled for the day, had to call them to ask about the delivery window, I was told the best they could do is to call an hour in advance. No call or delivery, the tracker updated with attempted and failed delivery. Gave them a call, I was told they might attempt delivery again, they will call. Of course, no call, no package, and they are not working on Saturdays at all. How can they even stay in business?
