The standard of the Clinic would be acceptable in any Western country. With whom I was in contact - surgery, x-ray, laboratory - I met nice, attentive people everywhere. I tried to reach them on the phone for 4 hours, when I finally made it, I asked for the keypad to turn on, the phone played music in my ear for 60 minutes and then disconnected. Outrageous! It is impossible to do anything! My child has been given an appointment for an ear for 48 days (personally, of course, as they are unable to reach them by phone), and will only be admitted first if there is paper about it being inflamed. Devilish circle to get paper if they are not accepted ?! Fortunately, Paul Heim was on duty, they were outraged that they were not received immediately in Vecsés. And so on.... The whole institution is under criticism, care!

Inability to request an appointment by phone, I only knew in person. The new call center is not working well they said. Outrageous!
