The blond-haired miss was very jerky. Unfortunately, we are not going any further.
Today we entered the Pancake Point, where we ordered 2 savory pancakes at 11:30. We sat down, waiting for our order. Meanwhile, a couple came into the pancake shop asking for waffles. They had been eating what they had ordered for a long time, while a couple asked for pancakes to take away ... At 11:55 they hadn't started making our pancakes yet, but we had to go on time, we couldn't wait for the ordered food to be ready. We got our money back, though they reacted to our departure in a rather jerky way.
The staff had slowed down, probably a snail would have completed the orders faster, which was quite frustrating to see, knowing that time was running out.
We probably won't come here anymore
Star 5: service, food, coffees!
Today I ordered 6 giant pancakes, it's one thing that it wasn't ready on time, but the bacon was left out of 3 pancakes. I was very disappointed with the service, the cold stiff pancakes, the omission of the bacon — which was not a quality smoked bacon but a strip of raw bacon — after it was included. All in all, more humility, attention, speed should be thrown into the business because the market offers a lot of delicacies and so they fall short, I haven’t experienced that before.
I’m not sweet tooth but from now on if I’m going to do that I’ll definitely come back again. The place looks fantastically good, friendly and the atmosphere is homely. The service is punctual, professional and kind. Quality comes up everywhere and it’s no different in pancakes either. The ingredients, flavors, serving, tools and more I could list.
