Unfortunately, our experience is catastrophic. On January 13, 2020, we booked a date for January 29, in connection with CSOK administration, as on 13, the agent did not know it and others did not, and he said he would not have done it before. On the 29th we went to the booked time, the clerk was not there. The next day we booked a new appointment with a colleague present. The CSO's clerk was there the next day, 30, but he said he couldn't handle it on the 30, the next day, or the next week. For weeks we wasted our time on nothing, if negative stars could be given, the rating would be -5 stars.
