If I remember correctly 3 ladies working in the store, through an electrician I unfortunately had to jump in for a thing or two, but already at the counter I felt like I was in a live birth or blood draw. This only intensified when I asked about the products. He seemed to be very bothered by the customers, the mouth pulling was continuous and even gesturing silence as I detailed what it was because he had to concentrate. I suggest hiring staff who will listen to customers, and if the only goal is to have a physical store in addition to the webshop for tax purposes, you should still close.
The saleswoman was very willing to join us, I bought a lamp in my daughter's room. I go here another time if I need some kind of lamp, that's for sure!
Service is terribly slow.
Inventory is OK.
It would have been nice if the seller asked for the ikea family card so I only saw the 20% discount sign on the door after the purchase.
Their own branded E14 LED bulbs are of poor quality.
Lots of everything at different prices ... come on in .... test it ...
