I ordered a 190x200cm custom size bonell spring mattress from them. To make this, they look like they put in a 180x200cm bonell spring and fill the remaining 10cm with a sponge strip. A sponge strip was also attached to the sponge board below and above the bonell spring. I paid quite a few surcharges for the custom size, I would have expected to cut at least 10cm from the 200x200 size sponge and spring to make the mattress full value. Of course, after a few years of use, this "splice" was compressed and sunk. Unfortunately, I only noticed this years later when I replaced it with another mattress. Never rottex again.

We ordered a Rottex mattress because it was like that before and we loved it so much. Unfortunately, today there is no guarantee that the product used to be good, this is also the case with Rottex mattresses. The mattress (BK, with reinforced springs) did not come with a winter-summer side, as described, has a slope of several centimeters at the edges, and the biggest problem is the middle "orthopedic zone", which is a very hard coconut brick strip in 3 lanes. the man would lie on a board. It’s one thing to be extremely uncomfortable, lying on your back pushing a man’s spine and lying on your side your hips, but in the morning you also completely suppress your blood circulation, I woke up with numb legs. (We have not exceeded the weight limit, the load capacity of the natural mattress is 110kg, the reinforced spring mattress should obviously be even more, I am 105 pounds, my wife is 55 and we are both affected by the problem). And just because I got a bad product only makes it worse the way the whole situation was handled. The next day I wrote to them that something was not good, then they were redirected to an email address from which they were not even worth replying to. I called them, but no meaningful reaction. Then (after 10 days without any meaningful reaction) I wrote a slightly more tense email that the product was bad and would take it back for free or replace it as part of the 15 day exchange service listed on the website. I got an official response to this filled with spelling gaps, and even specifically information that is completely contrary to what was written on their website. Furthermore, they wrote that the product was flawless (they didn't ask for a picture, they didn't check anything, how did you find out now?), And they said that in case of return I have to pay the courier (obviously only special couriers deliver 10-15k price) or exchanged, but you will have to pay a crossing fee (this has not been listed anywhere on their site before). Apparently they didn't describe how much it was now either, and I asked separately in the next email. Neither they nor any subsequent emails responded, so the exchange / return time elapsed. I reported the matter to the consumer protection authority, waiting for their response. I cautiously admonish everyone to order from them.

If I could, I'd give 5 stars. Incorrect company, I ordered 2 mattresses in December, now is the end of March and the phone is not willing to pick up the owner. They don't respond to email either. Avoid everyone from afar.
