Since this is the only bank branch in Győr, I have been very dissatisfied with the work of the clerks. They provided superficial, inaccurate information twice this year when I turned to them for information, which also caused me financial damage. I couldn’t say they were customer friends I “caught”, unfortunately.

Unorganized, slow customer reception, more than an hour of waiting. Lack of expertise in administration, I get different answers to my objective question from different administrators, in the end the case is completely incorrectly documented, which turns out only after 2 months, because the processing only starts so much later, so I finally get my savings 3 months later, if not an additional problem is revealed in retrospect. I have been a customer for 11 years, but not for long after that.

I sent this to the bank in one of my cases: Erstebank! I am writing about an expired LTP case at the bank. We met you at the bank more than a month ago. We have not received the money in the above case to date !!! NO PAYING FOR MORE THAN 5 MONTHS! If the amount does not reach my wife's account by the end of next week, I will do the following: 1. I will take the matter to court! 2. I will scold the Erstebank of Győr on all media surfaces (in all lowercase)! 3. I will notify the CEO of the bank! 4. I will terminate all our relationships with you! (I have been their satisfied customer for over 20 years.) This is my first warning, there will be more! An outraged and deeply disappointed client:

Disgustingly incorrect company !! The lowest of the Hungarian banks !! We have been customers for 20 years, as long as they have your money, your account tied up, etc. everything is okay. If anything needs to be done then it won't work !!! Everyone should avoid this bank far !!! Nice to have a few days and get rid of this waste bank !!
