(She want to close the phone once again) Me: Warten Sie, Warten Sie bitte. Ich spreche auch Deutsch! (I told her which was my problem...she asked me which type of car i have: Opel, Vw, Ford... I told her I have a Mercedesc Benz car. But she didn.t know if their service repair also Mercedes Benz) Whatttt? I called in Mercedes Benz Autohaus! Dissapointing!

I was with them once before Christmas because I would have needed a spare key. No one asked me what I wanted, I just stood at the counter, but they didn't see it. I go to Tompa Street in the Car Center, where they are precise and helpful.
