I have a 6 years old Ford Focus Echo Boost estate, and every time I need my car serviced I always receive an outstanding service. The professionalism and the polite way in which I am explained technical matters is more than outstanding. It is probably one of the best Ford dealer in the whole area. You never see a grumpy face at this Salon/garage. Thank you for your excellent customer service approach.... it is very much appreciated.

Brilliant service. Very professional.
Disaster is the administration. Let's throw phones at each other. You can't get help from them. Today on 11/01/2021 I visited them because my car needs an oil change. I mentioned that I was disabled and would wait there. I asked for an appointment. Rather, they did not undertake. It’s nonsense the way Ford car owners are treated here. I used to be a Peugeot owner but I have never experienced one at Peugeot.
