Symbol of the city, the Town Hall of Győr was built in the 19th century in Neo-Baroque style next to the Hbf Győr. The view of this magnificent building with its central tower is excellent from the main square. Unfortunately it open for visits only on Tuesdays from 10am-2pm and you must make a pre-registration at the Visitor's Center for a place on a tour. At night the Town Hall is strewn with light and is something worth seeing.

Not located in a pedestrian area but rather in a busy street; however, totally worth the visit and was possibly my favorite building I saw in Gyor.

Stylistically beautiful, but the panorama seen from the tower from the balcony below the clock also reveals a different world.
