To choose the right product, I received professional, all-encompassing information, then waited a few days for production and home delivery and was able to pick up the new mattress at home.
The communication and human attitude of the web store is terribly anti-consumer. According to their own statement, they also have the "poorest" quality! I chose it for a reason because I wanted a well-ventilated blanket, but it stabbed me so I could sleep under it once. They think it was because of my wrong choice! For me, this web store is zero!
