I was genuinely surprised at the quality of service I had. I inquired by phone, I received immediate answers to all my questions, and even more information. I placed my order one afternoon, the next day at 14:00 I already had the product delivered. The product box is in a larger box with an air-based space filler. Maybe these are little things, or basic things, and they should work that way everywhere, yet I haven’t come across such a standard of service elsewhere. Exemplary! If every company worked that way, I would just buy online.
