I reached out to find out about my order and then was hung up on as soon as I started speaking in English. I called back and this happened again. I get that this is in Hungary but to just hang up on me instead of at least trying was frustrating. I won't order from them again.

It is a fine chocolate house with very good coffee. The chocolate is good, but I think it is a little too sweet for my taste. The ambient is cute although it is inside a shopping mall. There is free wifi. One salerswoman could speak in English and the service was good and fast. The price is good for this type of store. You can pay it by cash or card.

Probably the best Cafe in Eastern Europe. The Szilvagombóc torta (Plum dumpling cake) is probably the best cake I ever had in my life. If you are in Budapest around Christmas time, go inside and have a slice together with some raspberry infused tea and you are golden.
