Costa is Costa but it is annoying that often they dont sell their specials due to lack of supply :( Otherwise the staff are great.

The manager is very rude. We wanted to order chia latte, the manager said they we’re out of stock. We than ordered a smoothie (again, out of stock). Finally I ordered a brownie latte, he made it without the brownies and served it with random chocolate flakes. I asked for the little brownies on top and he again said “we don’t have brownies anymore”. I tried the latte with chocolate flakes but didn’t like it at all and went back to the counter. An other waitress listened to the whole story and said that they do have brownies, she offered to finally make a new one. Most surprisingly they did serve smoothies to other customers.....

The coffee was awesome! And it is great that they serve alternative milks, such as almond and rice milk. However, I was treated really badly by the waitress Szilvia, so for me this was the first and last time I had my coffee there. They should train their personal more on customer friendliness.

The staff who claimed to be the manager named Andris was so rude. He didn't issue me a receipt and when I asked for it after we found out that he only keyed-in 3 from the 4 drinks that we ordered, instead of apologizing, he threw the receipt in front of me. My intention for asking the receipt is to check how many drinks he charged us so my intention to buy another drink was brushed off because of his rude behavior. After telling him that he's been rude, he turned his back on me. I asked for the manager but he claimed that he was the manager. So I asked how can I file a complaint, he said he doesn't know and said "thank you, bye....". That was the rudest frontliner I have met in my entire life. To think that he claimed that he was the manager made me more upset. I asked him to write his name on the receipt but he wrote it in a way that no one could ever read.I have a copy of the receipt with his handwriting (if you need). There was no apology from him. This happened last 03 Nov 2018. If I can give 0 star for this I would.
