Suzuki Varro Car Dealer and Service

Very soon, we got an appointment for the next day, we took a used car to the service for a pre-purchase condition check. At the end of the health check, they brought a big list, which of course we looked great on. However, the service station reassured us that these are not gross errors, things that result from use and a minor breakage, but not dangerous, they are doing the survey compared to a new car. 2-3 minor errors were reported, which is worth addressing immediately. Then of course we bought the car and took it to our own mechanic to fix these minor bugs. The mechanic looked at the car and was completely upset, and the measurements revealed that the car was, to put it mildly, completely broken: the chassis was completely bad, the steering gear had been readjusted, the diff lock was broken uselessly, the brake pipe was routed through the middle of the suspension, the bumper was put back on with a quick tie, body elements were sharply and collapsed, a hole-backed radiator. The dealer returned some amount from the purchase price, however, Suzuki Service did not take any responsibility for the actual condition of the car. In the car, among other things, complete chassis elements had to be replaced due to deformations, the purchase price was approx. we spent a third on the car and it’s not over yet ... In the end, we weren’t taken to legal action, but we were deeply disappointed with the Suzukis, and the brand service thoroughness in general.

Today I was with my partner in the Nagykőrös road salon. Already during the preliminary phone conversation, the sales colleague was very willing, so we specifically looked for him. We were not disappointed during the personal meeting either, we received answers to all our questions, thank you very much for the helpful and kind attitude László H.! Star five, we recommend! :)
