I went to the pharmacy sick and with high fever. I needed help. I am Polish, I started to translate in English what was going on and you said to me in German: "Here is Budapest" and unfortunately I did not get the help and service I came for. None of the ladies pharmacies said anything when we asked if they could speak English and help us. Terrible!!! What if a man needed life-saving medicines? Very poor behavior...

“pharmacists” have no idea about anything. not only can they give advice, but dispensing the right preparation or bandage is also a problem

I asked for a 10ml Exoderil. He asked if he could give me a brush. I said yes to that. By the time I got home, I noticed that he was giving a 2.5ml, non-brushing Amorolfine-Teva. The active ingredient is not the same for the two products, this product is not brushable either and costs 4X as much as the preparation I asked for. I certainly don’t buy here anymore, but I warn everyone who comes in here that because they don’t inform you that they’re giving a replacement product, so check with the checkout to make sure you’re actually getting the products you wanted to buy.
