Kata is a maximally prepared, motivating coach - who brings out the best in people! Whether you are typically individual in sports, you are always good at company! The mood during the workouts is terrible, which forgets the weight of the iron balls 💪 which of course comes to mind the next day 😁 From the bottom of my heart ❤ I recommend it to everyone!
