Always try to spend as little time as possible here! No WI-FI, no free toilet, rude staff, not enough seats and the existing ones are broken and uncomfortable. Not spacious. Starting from evening time get ready for the smelly, bad behaving homeless groups.

Very nice, feels modern and is well organized. There are pay toilets that are very clean, shops with refreshments even at later hours of the evening, everything is in both Hungarian and English including announcing the buses. There is an elevator between floors and lockers for luggage. Garbage bins collect selectively for plastic, paper and metal. I've seen several security guards on duty, it feels safe

Fine place. Clean a bit noisy, with wide options to travel from Budapest to basically anywhere around.

Overall well build and organized bus station, but at the evening hours some "strange" people are around it and makes a bit sense of "luck of security", as well could be more clean around it ... During morning and day hours the place is great and no "strange individuals" can be seen ... So place definitely looks and feels better

TERMINUS: a fairly modern facility with pay-toilets and shops for refreshments. Staff are perhaps not the friendliest, nor multi-lingual, but the information boards are plentiful and helpful. You won't get lost here as the facility is reasonably small and departure points are well sign-posted. FLIXBUS (Budapest to Belgrade): Departure punctual; seats and bus both comfortable; driving safe and sound; staff friendly enough; Wi-Fi lousy; electricity sockets (as advertised) non-existent, limited or hidden; onboard admin. ridiculous (show ticket - not boarding pass - again, so a receipt can be hand-written). 3.5 overall.
