I would NOT recommend it to anyone! Sept. I called them at the end because the boiler was broken. The lady asked me by phone what kind of boiler it was, I dictated its type and also what kind of error code she writes. He promised his colleague next Wednesday that he would show up at the agreed time. Not very understanding of the boiler, he asked someone on the phone if he was "in the picture with this boiler ???" Which I didn't understand because they knew what kind of appliance it was. Is anyone sent here who doesn't even touch it ?? Oh, he even discussed his work problems with someone on the phone, which I listened to all the way from our living room. Then he informed me that the fan was broken and then he is now asking for 10,000 HUF. I didn't even understand what it cost 10,000 FT. It turned out that the disembarkation + fault finding. What I knew so far because I sat down in front of the computer and looked at the error code that the device printed. After I spoke about this, he said that if we asked for a correction then 10 thousand would be deducted from the final amount. But approx. everything had to be pulled out of the "specialist" ..... what makes it good, what's wrong, there are these parts .... etc. I saw he didn’t want to do anything in order to solve the problem, he would rather just collect the disembarkation fee. He asked me to call this how much the part would cost. I said, of course, that would be good, let's find out something ..... after that he made a phone call and told me that 92,000 FT was the fan. I said okay when it would be .... but he didn't give any meaningful answer. It doesn't matter if it's a couple of days or 1 month .... but I couldn't get anything specific out of it, he said they would order it today and they'll call if they know when it's coming. It's been 2 WEEKS and NOTHING !!! No one called. I would add that I called them because 2 years ago they cleaned the boiler and we were very happy then. Another young man came then who seemed to understand his business very much. Well THEN NEVER AGAIN !! This seems more like a DOWNLOAD rather than a fair service. Since then, there has been a real mechanic here who apparently understood the boiler, took the fan and repaired it for 25 thousand HUF. I also called a couple, there were places where 50 thousand were said for a new part.
In short: they caused more problems than what was fixed, the boss is cuddling and contradicting his colleague, incompetent to install, complete headlessness in customer service, no promise, no date, they work for 10 thousand hours so they are parked in our garage, one mechanic is correct
Below is the story:
We noticed a drip on our Ferroli Domitop f24e type gas boiler, so we contacted Fix Gázszervíz kft.
The mechanic came out, who after the demolition found that there was a hole in the boiler body, hence the drip. Unfortunately, this is a part that, in principle, is no longer available, so he asked us to wait and they would talk if we could find a disassembled one. According to him, it can't be improved because it is still soldered, but it doesn't have much, and it may not be possible. The gentleman was fair anyway, helpful, and helped to temporarily reduce the problem. The cost of this was 10 thousand HUF, okay.
The part was promised for that week (not fixed, of course, since it's a disassembled piece, understandably) but they didn't call a week later. When I called them they said they would try and then they would talk. They didn’t speak, of course, 2 weeks later in my attempt to say they found a part anyway. OK.
A mechanic known from the first disembarkation came with the part, he also saw the work. It wasn’t long before it turned out that the disassembled part unfortunately didn’t fit exactly into our machine, another vintage in principle.
The mechanic had the glass full here, saying the center would let him down for a long time, he came out unnecessarily and couldn’t even solve the situation because there was no proper extension. He stormed, leaving the boiler disassembled, saying they would send someone from the center (so we didn't have any heating or hot water, did we). An hour later, the 'boss' arrived and was looking for an employee he couldn't find, he was gone.
The boss also decided to do a rehearsal with the boiler, tugged on the pipes here and there but they just didn’t want to fit, he suggested he repair our old boiler body of our own. He would patch it up and then bring it back tomorrow. I’m not happy about that here anymore, why fix something you aren’t worth, can’t you really? Anyway, being without hot water and heating we weren't really thinking about it, of course take it.
Well, the next day, of course, it didn't happen (still without water and heating) in just 2 days. The boss and his colleague came to assemble.
The installation took a long time, the old boiler body didn't want to fit so well, so it turned into a fierce tug for 10 minutes again. It was very difficult to put the point together, then the boss figured out that there was a small piece of plastic that had nothing to do with anything, but we must have replaced it. "Only" 7000 HUF, it immediately shows how bad the old one was, they used to dust. Well, there was nothing so wrong that he could barely break the old part out of place: D. All the same.
We managed to put everything together, we tried to see if the heating, hot water, something was dripping. Well unfortunately now at the junction of the pump and the pipe, at the point where the grabbing went furiously the water leaked. Assumed only a seal, replaced one, still bad. They exchanged another one, so it was good for 5 minutes. Taking advantage of this 5 minutes, you paid us 117,000 HUF for the small soldering and they pulled away. In the meantime, they were whining about how woe but how much it wasn’t worth it to them, how much loss woe-woe. 125000 HUF for a piece of plastic, for 2 disembarkations, a little soldering and about 5-6 hours of labor, a large part of which was necessary due to their incompetence.
It was dripping 5 minutes after they left, I called them the next day, they promised to call me back. For 2 days, the boss calls him to see what's up. He simply replied that he pumped 79,000 and he didn’t even touch it. . Thanks again
Accurate, precise, correct.
I recommend.
Very soon our boiler problem was solved and a radiator replacement was solved. I recommend to everyone!
I buy as a professional, I recommend it to others, they have a large stock.
