I bought a piece of furniture today and took it back to Csepel to replace it with a smaller one. Well, they can't fix the problem, I don't care if anyone could only give it here based on the item number if the lady wanted to work. Apart from being peasant, he gave no other meaningful advice. So we came back to the 17th District. 😠😤

If I could, I'd give zero stars ... This "warehouse" is under criticism! Unfortunately, because of the people who work in the warehouse, people judge the company. The task - which they failed to complete - would have been to supply a single piece of small furniture (not a whole combination of kitchen cabinets with a thousand items). The right one I bought. Well, that didn't work and I faced it when we opened the box at home on Saturday. I called the warehouse immediately, no one picked up the phone, even though I had to ring them twice for quite a long time. All right, well, then "foreign" furniture in the car, back to Csepel (note, not from the neighbor, but from Fejér county). As soon as we got there I would inform the lady that the wrong piece was released 2 days ago. The first sentence to me was, "Have you already announced it in the store?" or something. So I got a little crazy to go to the Mömax department store in Budaörs (where, by the way, another piece of furniture was sent to Szentendre), because supposedly there were 2 of them, and immediately after I went there it turned out travel to Möbelix ... but this is a separate story) When the lady sees me starting to get out of the way, she puts it with the phrase "I manage it because I see you come from far away" ... that in this thing I think I am the least to blame, who without a word brought back the furniture, time and another round trip cost After that, the security guard "kindly" pushes the little wheelchair over, so we'll be happy to stuff the stuff, because they won't come out to help, not their job. Meanwhile, another gentleman arrives with a big trailer who is also complaining for similar reasons - somehow I was not surprised ... It was just worse that he had to come back with a couch-like monster and who could raise it many times because in neither could get the right one. In the meantime, my furniture is in order, but they just can't find it. Maybe there. He's not there. Then that's it. He's not there either. But finally it came out! I can not believe! I've never seen a warehouse like this where there's such a headache. They give everything back and forth and have no idea where it is. Not to mention that in principle they even check what is being released. But only in principle. If I did my job the way I do people there (respect for the exception), I would certainly not be working. And again, I would like to emphasize that NO ONE HAS REQUESTED AT ALL TIMES!
