After my dog’s lab and ultrasound, they didn’t explain the find, they didn’t examine it for cancer, even though I beat the table in vain. They were offended when I called them several times and expected explanations from them. The animal is being examined on a conveyor belt, but in the meantime, you have to wait a lot for the examination and no real consultation is provided at all! What kind of medicine is this ??? We just brought my dog ​​home in an urn, he had metastatic cancer that they hadn’t noticed at all for quite 1 year and didn’t even want to deal with the suspicion. What goes around comes around.

1 hour lunch break ?! And if a dog just has a seizure, suffer at the door for 1 hour ... sweet god ... Well, the result of this one-hour misery was !!!!!!!!! The cat we brought had to be anesthetized and your owner can't say goodbye to him, even though he would have been at work for about 20 minutes. If they could find out first, it would have fit ... Who can do avoid this place.

I do not recommend the practice if you are looking for a fast, empathetic, human and animal friendly practice. The whole process was very slow, we had an abdominal ultrasound time at 10:30 and we arrived at 11:45. In an epidemic situation, it would be good to call clients there with larger time zones because apparently the doctors were snowy and slipping, causing a crowd to form in the office. I didn't have to wait long for the ultrasound, but there was no consultation before, our dog's complaints weren't asked, he was suddenly taken away by an assistant, and I couldn't be next to him. No information was provided on the reasons for this. After the ultrasound, on the other hand, you had to wait more than half an hour to consult a doctor, and the consultation was very short, the doctor called twice twice and showed that he wanted to get rid of him, did not ask about his complaints or why an ultrasound was needed. , I showed him the medical record written by the veterinarian referring the dog there. My dog ​​has had diarrhea for two weeks, they didn’t find anything on the ultrasound, but he didn’t give any advice at all on what to do next. We only came for an abdominal ultrasound, but he also did an examination that he didn’t agree with me in advance. When I signaled to the receptionist - who was already rude to the client in front of me - that they could speak before doing any tests I didn’t ask for and therefore charged an extra amount, he became arrogant and disrespectful. In the end, he was already bound by the fact that my signature was illegible. On the plus side, I finally got back the amount of the test I didn’t request.
