It was thoroughly kind and effective, I would add I came with a specific list of what kind of tests I would like to request. There is a credit card payment. The waiting is tiny, but maybe 8 chairs fit quite well. Or you don't have to go in because it's glass-walled, you can see outside when they come out to see who arrived. There is no reception or anything like that, but I didn’t request it when the lady came out I introduced myself and indicated that I had an appointment a quarter of an hour earlier. So when he called someone back because of the load, he could already ‘count’ on me.
