Alphazoo Zoodom – Budapest (IX.) Lurdy Ház

I was deeply disappointed in the ALPHA-ZOO store in Lurdy, we will never buy there again and I will not recommend it to anyone! My son even there in the fall bought two very cute little Mongolian running mice and squatted, collected his pocket money, money for Christmas so that he could conjure a suitable home for them instead of the cramped terrarium. He managed to spend a HUF 20,000-25,000 between the two holidays. The purchase was made with the help of the sellers, based on their recommendations: - bought a two-story cage, the lower tray of which is not deep enough, only approx. 7 cm - this is not enough for these pets, because they can not dig themselves, in return the room floats in the scattered litter; - bought a running wheel that occupied most of the bottom of the cage and was a life-threatening construction for the animals. He took this back the next day, he could buy the price down; - all the accessories of the cage are made of plastic: the small ladders were chewed by the blue mice in 1 week, the side of their house lasted for about 14 days, at the end of last week the plastic sheets representing the floors were lined up. Obviously, this is not the fault of the rodents, the construction is not right. I don’t know why plastic accessories are made for rodent cages, but why the specialty store vendor recommends this, why not draw the attention of a novice keeper to the fact that the poisonous cage will be in ruins in 1 month, I don’t really understand! But what was the final drop for me was when the flour beetles set off in my son’s room and we found two food packages (original, unopened, also from Lurdy) that were literally BULLYING from the beetles !!

I ordered the selected product online, with delivery to the store, the receipt of the product went smoothly, they were notified by phone and e-mail, they were very kind when asked by phone. The staff is very kind, helpful and knowledgeable, a place to go back to. The selection of the store, its products are very good, there are plenty of products for all kinds of animals, a very large selection of live animals. In short, a very good deal. I can only recommend someone whose favorite is everything.

She is a very willing, fantastic pet friendly sales lady. All pets seem to be loved and healthy. I was surprised to find that there are still people who are able to work in such a place by profession. All my respect.
