Disgusting place. Disgusting People. Came here 3 times and all the time has rejected me due to non-English work. Bye-bye UniCredit! Will go to Sberbank! Disgusting bank and the customer service as well.

Of all the Unicredit accounts I have visited, this is the best !! They are kind, polite, they understand their business, the administration is quite fast.

Currently, customer reception is done by queuing in front of the account entrance in order of arrival because there can be a maximum of 3 customers inside at a time. I thought to myself that then it would be at least a 1.5 hour operation knowing Unicredit, but to my very pleasant surprise I got in within half an hour and from there I was almost immediately queued. I gave you almost 4 * for this visit if the clerk had not tried: I went there with the need to cancel my account, I made it, I left HUF 3,000 directly in my bank account. The clerk said that unfortunately the system does not work so he can't see anything, but there is no problem, we will do it on paper. I filled out the paperwork and then waited for more to do, but I was told we were ready. I asked back that it is good, but what about 3000 HUF? Well, unfortunately there is no system, that is, the money is stuck here. I said I won’t leave that much money here, let’s sort of solve it somehow. Interestingly, after some twists and turns, the system successfully recovered. No one will leave you because they are very rafting!

I don't recommend it to anyone. They are jerky, they just make faces .... it doesn't matter that the man is standing there.

Unfortunately, the Bank is not available by phone, after connecting back and forth, after waiting for more than half an hour, it is not possible to talk to a live person. After that, how can a large amount of payment be made ???
