I had a great experience at this branch of otp, the staff was very polite and patient, and I highly recommend this location to all.

Great OTP location with helpful service. The queue kiosk has an option for English and I had a very small wait time. Employees were helpful and spoke English. Highly recommend.

I came to this page because I wanted to write a review for your OTP Account. First of all, I prefer to give my opinion that - after reading the previous posts - I was surprised! 4 years ago I traveled from Gyöngyös to Budapest for another reason, and I only went into Lurdy by chance. I saw the bank there and went inside. The clerks were very sympathetic to me. I have been to this OTP several times since then and it has never happened that they did not serve to the best of their knowledge. Since then, the clerks have been the same — not exchanged — if I saw well maybe there’s a new lady, but for me, that also says a lot. If a question arises, they can go to the leaders at any time and come back with an answer. It was more than once that I got to a manager too, because my serial number got there. Concise and I came up with a solution. They can smile and they have knowledge. I can’t believe anyone would be sent at this Bank. Not far from them there is an OTP (several more) from which yes, but that doesn’t matter now. People! We are talking about a bank where there are rules. But in the end, what I came here for is to tell me what they didn't want to do in Gyöngyös, Aszód or Jókai Street, it was settled here in 22 minutes, without comment! It’s true that I had to wait with the serial number, but I think someone else has a 22-minute case. There are few OTPs with this level of knowledge and attitude, it is worth the wait!

As I see it, many people think the same way I and my bride do. The clerks are very slow. Which is not really the case with an OTP bank. It is probably what happened to us that was also written here by others. We got there 1 hour before closing, so the lady to whom our serial number was addressed was more confused. He even shook us off in about 10 minutes. A total of 3 clerks worked, but during our wait, 2 people also tensely threw out their serial numbers and left rather. Worst I've ever been! And before I get an answer from the owner to clarify what the problem was, I think everyone who described their opinion here described exactly what happened then. How could it be described more precisely? Maybe the clerks should be replaced ?! 🤷🏼‍♂️🤔

This OTP branch is highly distinguished from the others. In addition, there may be 4 or 5 more in Budapest. Quick helpful polite staff. They are not looking for an excuse, but a solution for customers. Unfortunately, not all of them are. But at least it would be good to approach this standard. I can only recommend.
